Configure automatic moderation thresholds and system responses
Changes to threshold settings will be applied immediately across the entire application. Users who exceed the new thresholds will be automatically flagged or suspended based on your configuration.
Flag Threshold
Critical

Flag Threshold Count
*
User will be suspended after receiving 3 flagss
Automatic Suspension
Auto-suspend users who reach the flag threshold
How Flag Suspension Works:
Admin adds a flag to user profile via "Add Flag" action (from reports or profile review)
System counts total flags for the user and checks against threshold (3)
When threshold is reached, user status changes to
User cannot access the app until admin manually removes suspension or flags
System sends automatic notification to user explaining the suspension reason
All actions are logged in the user's activity log for compliance

Report Threshold
Review Queue
Set when user reports should appear in the admin review queue
Report Threshold Count
*
Reports appear in review queue after 3 reports
How Report Review Works:
Users report a profile through the app (Fake Profile, Scam, Inappropriate Content, etc.)
System tracks report count and reporter details (name, email, violation type, description)
When count reaches 3, the reported user appears in "Reports List"
Admin reviews full profile information, all reporters, and their detailed complaints
Admin takes action: Accept (add flag/suspend/ban) or Reject (dismiss as invalid)
If accepted, all reporters receive confirmation that action was taken
If rejected, report is removed from queue and reporters are not notified
After admin decision, the report is removed from the pending review list

Need Help?
Threshold settings control when automatic actions are triggered in your application.
Setting thresholds too low may result in excessive false positives, while setting them too high may allow problematic users to remain active longer.
